laminate flooring
We supply a wide variety of colours and recommend a minimum of 12mm thickness when purchasing your laminate flooring. The extra thickness adds strength which helps prevent chipping and cracking of the individual boards. Laminate flooring cannot be refinished or resanded.
Laminate flooring is a multi-layer synthetic flooring product fused together with a lamination process. Laminate flooring simulates wood (or stone, in some cases) with a photographic layer under a clear protective layer. The inner core layer is usually composed of melamine resin and medium density fiber board (MDF) materials. It has the advantages of being attractive, while costing less than natural wood floor materials, and of being more durable than carpet.
